Unilever Philippines was recognized as one of the twenty-three Philippine companies named Best Companies to Work for in Asia by the human resources publication, HR Asia. This is the 2nd year that Unilever Philippines received this award.
This year, 7,210 employees from a total of 190 companies across Philippines responded to the HR Asia Best Companies to Work for in Asia Survey. The survey studies not just how much employees are engaged, but also how they are engaged differently in a group environment, and how they respond to corporate initiatives.
“This award is a manifestation of our core belief at Unilever: Companies with Purpose Last, Brands with Purpose Grow and People with Purpose Thrive,” says Amrita Padda, VP Human Resources- Unilever Philippines, as she received the award last June 21.
“It consolidates our vision of Winning with Purpose by unleashing the power of our people through disruptive learning experiences, fostering collaboration, and embracing our rich diversity through making every person feel that they can bring their whole selves to work,” she adds.
