Unilever and Watsons invite you to Gift for Good this Christmas


Christmas is just around the corner, and what better way to celebrate the season of giving by giving back to both people and the planet? This holiday season, Unilever has partnered with Watsons to spread love and beauty, while caring for the environment through our Gift for Good megasale campaign.

Unilever beauty and personal care deals available in the Gift for Good campaign in partnership with Watsons

Gift for Good is our biggest sustainability partnership with Watsons yet. Aside from delighting our shoppers with great deals across our best beauty offerings, part of our proceeds support Watsons’ partnership with Plastic Bank—an international non-profit organization that sets up social plastic ecosystems, creating jobs for underprivileged breadwinners to become plastic collectors.

Plastic Bank has given over 1500 Filipinos a livelihood that helps them provide for their families while leaving a positive impact to the environment. Moreover, to step up our sustainability efforts starting November, we are piloting biodegradable eco-packaging for any online purchase of at least one Unilever product from Watsons.

These Gift for Good initiatives are part of our commitment to Positive Beauty—one that we hope to share with all Filipinos. “Unilever is committed to championing a new era of Positive Beauty, wherein beauty is inclusive, equitable, and sustainable for all,” said Unilever Philippines’ Vice President for Beauty and Personal Care Dorothy Dee-Ching. “As the number one beauty and personal care company in the country, we must do good for both people and planet through our purposeful brands. The Christmas season allows us to push this vision even further, with the help of our partners, Watsons and Plastic Bank.”

This purposeful collaboration is made possible because of both Unilever and Watsons’ vision of a people and planet-positive future. “Watsons has always been at the forefront of sustainability.
