Created to address Unilever’s solid wastes such as paper from the offices and packaging materials from production, the Project Eliminate team concentrated on the following goals: reduce / avoid waste as much as possible; sort all recyclables which cannot be avoided; and develop processes to treat instead of landfill the waste that cannot be recycled.
