Unilever Summer Internship Program

The Unilever Summer Internship Program aims to:

  • Provide students an opportunity to experience working in a Fast-moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) company, merging classroom learning and real-world practice, and allowing themto contribute to the organization through their delivery of challenging, and carefully crafted projects

  • Give managers an opportunity to practice competencies which can help them become better leaders through mentoring/coaching students

  • Serve as a talent pool for future Management Trainees and Direct Hires

  • Strengthen ties with academic institutions

  • Create a venue for new ideas to come in providing growth and innovation to the company in various functions: Marketing, Customer Development, Finance, Supply Chain, Research and Development, Human Resource, and IT.
