UFLP looks for fresh graduates who will lead Unilever’s talented workforce into the future. The graduates we recruit today will become our leaders of the future. What is UFLP?

The Unilever Future Leaders Program is focused on building leadership capability and accelerating your development. The program involves a number of job rotations that will provide fantastic insight into the organisation, continually test and develop your skills, and give you the chance to make an immediate contribution to the business.

We will help you, help yourself

We will support you every step of the way, but much of your progress will be up to you. As well as learning on the job, you will have access to many structured courses, including those which lead to professional qualifications.

See the bigger picture

Wherever you are based, you will quickly begin to see how the functions operate closely together. And to help you better understand that interaction, you will often work as part of cross-functional teams. For example, from working in the factory to spending time in a supermarket. As you move on, your placements get more challenging. That can mean managing larger budgets, bigger brands or more people.
