On the Job Trainee
The Unilever On the Job Trainee Program aims to:
Provide students an opportunity to experience working in a Fast-moving Consumer Goods(FMCG) company, merging classroom learning and real-world practice, and allowing them to contribute to the organization through their delivery of challenging, and carefully crafted projects
Give managers an opportunity to practice competencies which can help them becomebetter leaders through mentoring/coaching students
Serve as a talent pool for future Management Trainees and Direct Hires
Strengthen ties with academic institutions
Create a venue for new ideas to come in providing growth and innovation to the company
