Customer and business development both require qualified, motivated people able to exceed our business partners' expectations.
They supply foods and services to industrial and institutional customers – from prestigious hotels and sophisticated factories to rural outlets and shops. Within business-to-business, your opportunities could include customer or business development, as well as international account management. Whatever your role, you'll need to be qualified, motivated, and able to meet and exceed our partners' expectations.
You'll nurture customer relationships, maintaining our status as preferred supplier. You'll liaise with distributors, agents, and other third parties to represent Unilever as the best solution for their requirements.
We regularly introduce new brands, systems and services. As a business-to-business manager, your role would be to set our market segment strategies and identify new growth opportunities.
International account management
Some of our major customers have international operations requiring a broader, international perspective. You'll understand their business requirements and scale of their operation, enabling you to cater for them effectively.
For business to business you need:
